My little handsome boy after his second hair cut. I held him on my lap but he cried as soon as he saw the woman. I think he thought I was going to leave him there. We popped a sucker into his mouth and he was pretty good from there. He teared up a few times but just sat there and let her do her thing. His hair is a little too thin and "old man looking" (uncle Joel calls him Grandpa) to even consider having it long.
