1st grade assembly

The 1^st grade was in charge of the elementary assembly recently. Their topic was self-control which was their virtue of the month. Ironically, Orin often has a hard time with self control. In fact, his teacher told me that he was having a difficult time controlling himself during their practices. Since I know Orin, I can totally imagine the types of stuff that was going on. Thankfully, after some warnings of not being able to participate if he couldn’t get a hold of himself, he figured out a way to do it and did a great job at practices from there on out. I always love going to his school for things, seeing them sing their school song, watching him act nervous before it starts, and watching him do his little part during the assembly.
