Gotta try Khao Soy!

Khao Soy is a Burmese-influenced curry noodle soup that is very popular here in Northern Thailand. I really LOVE it at some restaurants and then I can't stand it at others. I'm not sure what it is...I think the amount of fish paste they use or something. So we had to have have Mimie try it while she was here. We went to our favorite Northern Thai restaurant. Before we moved here, we didn't realize that Northern Thailand has it own culture, food and even language! Totally different from the rest of Thailand. I really enjoy Northern Thai food...Damien, not so much. So anyway, we wanted Mimie to at least try it while she was here.
