Thanks Mimie

We have really high ceilings in our living room. The smoke detector battery was obviously low and started beeping. And boy, was it loud. We have a step ladder but even on that, Damien was two feet away from reaching it. We can put in work orders for things such as this, but unless it's an emergency, it can take a week or more for them to get to it. After three days of all four of us being startled by shockingly loud noise that happened every hour or so, Damien got an epiphany. Mimie gave the kids the fun 'hands' for Christmas. The kids have had a blast playing with them, but who knew they would come in handy for us as well!
