An Attempt at Halloween

Halloween is a complete non-event here. For Christmas, at least they sort of try. But no one even notices Halloween. Orin sightly remembers Halloween and asked if he will ever be able to celebrate in America again. Poor guy. I do hope we can one day. When we were up camping on Doi Inthanon we saw these little pumpkins at a market and I thought it would be fun to either carve or paint them. The kids decided on painting.

I knew Sora would make a mess. It's not like you can just go to Walmart and get washable paints (I could only find acrylic paint from a small stationary store down the street) so I figured she should not use clothes during the activity. :)
