Christmas Eve Eve (aka Jesus' Birthday?)

The last two or three years we've gone over to our friends' house on Christmas Eve and had dinner and roasted s'mores. This year we didn't have the ingredients for s'mores (it's impossible to find Graham Crackers here) so we decided to make a birthday cake for Jesus. The kids decorated it. Orin wrote, "Happy Birthday Jesus."

Caiah added little flowers...I think that's what they were supposed to be. :)

He also decided to be a dog like Annabelle.

And Sora put a big blog of sprinkles right in the middle of the cake.

I have no idea what the kids were talking about here. But the adults don't look near as excited about it as they do.

We also had a nice time singing Christmas songs together.
